A great many of emails by international readers providing corrections for small typos (thanks!) caused me to get the English version of the manuscript overwrought in an in-depth and systematic way.

While doing so, a lot of typos, scattered german words and “bumpy” passages in the text will be corrected. Of course, the organization of the manuscript, which is exactly analogue to that of the German version, stays at it is. I don't think this will cause delays in the publication of future releases, because I don't do the overwriting myself. Luckily, there is someone with very nice scientific english skills who helps me out (Thanks, Sebastian! ).
